My fabulous blog twin, Christy, told me to just breathe!! She is awesome, but I'm having a hard time even remembering that breathing is not an option because typing papers has become more of an unconscious function compared to anything else. I have been in the computer lab since around 4pm, taking a break to play volleyball for an hour and writing in my blog because if I don't do something my paper will turn in the mumble jumbles and that is no good!!
Positives of today:
We won our volleyball game.
My boyfriend finally came to do hw with me.
My boyfriends 6th month present & birthday presents came.
I began to think about double mastering.
Went out to eat with my boyfriend, his brother and aunt, uncle and cousings that I have never met this morning.
Negatives of today:
6 hours of sleep
Will be up until about 2am.
Did not get to go for my run this morning
I have 4 complete pages of my paper done and it needs to be 12. However, I am not worried about making my paper long enough, I am worried about my paper being too long. I bet some students would be like, "wow, must be nice" however, this has been a common theme in my graduate experience thus far! It is getting annoying. I'm sorry but summing up everything I have learned about being a multiculturally competent counselor through 10 interviews in 12 papers is not easy.
My day tomorrow:
Wake up between 6 or 6:30am
Get ready in less than one hour
Head straight to the computer lab
Work diligently until 3:45pm
Class from 4 to 9:45pm
Pass out asap.
Sweet day huh? Rinse, & Repeat until basically May 8th.
On Friday, I hope to run the 2.5 mile that I was suppose to run today, so I am really looking forward to that.
I also CAN NOT WAIT until my boyfriend and my 6th months. I think he is going to love his presents [see previous posts to see what it is]. I also need to buy some more think to make the present complete!!!
How is everyone's week? I can not believe it is Wednesday night already time flew this week for me because for once I craved the week not to fly by.
Just a little thought to leave you guys with:
xoxo.
You know how they say twins have ESP/telepathy or whatever? I think we have it because just as I clicked to comment on your post, I got a notification that you just posted on my blog.
ReplyDeleteWEIRD!
And yes, I am telling you to breathe...but you'll need to tell me that when I start school in September! Lol! And don't let not running be a negative because face it, on 6 hours of sleep, you probably wouldn't have had that great of a run. (I know I wouldn't have!)
And explain Nike Shox to me? IPod connector? What?! Can you send me a link or something! I've been running with the Nike Pegasus for about 2 years now and was going to go pick my new ones up after work today. I'm afraid of change! But I'd love to hear more about these fab shoes of yours!
