First Comes Love, Then Comes Marriage, Then Comes A BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!

Then comes a baby in a baby carriage!!!

Well 9 months of pregnancy, but then a baby!!

That's right, hubby and I are PREGNANT!!!

Still quite early right now, only about 5 weeks, but we are very excited. 

I found out a week ago today, I was 3 days late for my period but spotting, so I was expecting it to be coming soon. 

When all of a sudden, a TV show spiked my interest in taking a test

(Worse thing was it would say no, right!?)

This had been the first month we actually tried and although my hopes were up, I was remaining realistic!!

So I ran walked calmly  to the bathroom, grabbed the little stick and crossed my fingers. 

About 30 seconds after the control line popped up I saw this:

  Excitedly, I called my mom freaking out. 

(Husband was at work) 

So this was all around 7:30 8pm at night. 

I tried to wait until he got home from work to surprise him. 
But I am the WORST secret keeper ever, so called him at work

& when he did he was under attack by all of these:

 I had to be sure.

I then had to go get blood drawn the next day & this is where the anxiety began. 

I was still spotting & the first blood test told me that my HCG level was only 60. Pretty low. 

This can mean 1 of 2 things. 

1. I could be super early in the pregnancy. 

or 

2. Something is wrong with the pregnancy. 

Well nervous, but staying positive, I went for a blood test in 2 days on Friday where we should see the numbers at least double.

Well what did mine do!!!??

They quadrupled!!

YAY!!

 So in about 2 weeks, I go in for my first ultrasound to make sure everything looks good. 

I am praying every night that all is well!!

But we are over the moon happy about this!!

As you can tell this weekend we picked up some neutral things:

Week 5:

Symptoms: Very few

Minor headaches

Minor bloating (wedding rings get tight)

Peeing more frequently. 

No weight gain

No nausea
